- The Huawei Nova 10z is the company’s latest smartphone.
- It has a 6.6 LCD screen and three cameras on the back.
- Prices start at CNY1,599 ($230) and go up to CNY2,799 ($260) depending on storage capacity.
Huawei is supposed to launch the Mate 50 series today, but another smartphone, the Huawei Nova 10z, has appeared in the company store.
It is similar to the Huawei Nova 8 SE Youth but has a more powerful camera system.
Huawei Nova 10z specifications
Huawei retains the same 16MP front-facing camera punch hole and 6.6″ LCD screen with 1080p resolution.
There are most likely no improvements there either, as the company only confirmed an octa-core CPU matching the Kirin 710A chipset inside the Nova 8 SE Youth.
There are 128GB and 256GB storage possibilities, but RAM hasn’t been verified.
The triple camera on the back of this Nova 10z smartphone is its selling feature.
There’s a 64MP main camera with an f/1.9 lens, an 8MP ultrawide-angle camera with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP macro device.
The battery capacity is 4,000 mAh, and it supports 40W charging.
The user interface is HarmonyOS 2.0. There is a 3.5 mm audio connector, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac connectivity, and Bluetooth 5.1 are all included.
Prices and availability
The Huawei Nova 10z is currently only available in China in three colours: black, silver, and green. Prices range between CNY1,599 ($230) and CNY1,799 ($260), depending on storage.
