Tiffany Haddish is speaking up about the child sex abuse case

  • Tiffany Haddish regrets participating in a sketch.
  • It resulted in accusations of child sex abuse.
  • Her fellow actor Aries Spears was abused.

Tiffany Haddish says she “truly” regrets participating in a sketch years ago that resulted in accusations of child sex abuse against her and fellow comic actor Aries Spears.

“I am aware that many individuals have inquiries. I saw it, “In a statement published on her verified Instagram account on Monday, Haddish wrote.
She said, “I’m right there with you. There isn’t much I can say at the moment because there is an active legal case, sadly.

A lawsuit was submitted last week in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing Haddish and Spears of “groomed and assaulted” two younger siblings.

According to the complaint, a copy of which was obtained by CNN, “Jane Doe” and “John Doe” (whose names have been withheld to protect their privacy) claim that Haddish and Spears forced them to take part in sexually suggestive videos in separate incidents in 2013 and 2014 when they were 14 and 7, respectively.

According to Debra Opri, an attorney for Spears, “He isn’t going to fall for any shakedown.”

The plaintiff’s mother “has been trying to raise these phony claims against Ms. Haddish for several years,” a Haddish attorney told CNN.

“The statement continued, “Every attorney who first took on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter as it became evident that the charges were without foundation and Ms. Haddish would not be blackmailed. The results of doing this foolish move will be something that they both have to deal with.”

“According to John Doe, Haddish “offered to schedule, arrange, and film Mr. Doe content for a Nickelodeon sizzle reel at Spears’ house in the summer of 2014. Haddish asserted that Mr. Doe would be cast on Nickelodeon using the reel.”

The suit claims that Haddish and Spears “upon information and belief, pulled the 7-year-old victim from his sister, put him upstairs in a bedroom, and stripped the youngster down to his underpants.” The 7-year-old boy is shown being lusted after by Spears in the video, “Through A Pedophiles Eyes,” as well as having his back rubbed.

In the social media-distributed video, Haddish portrayed the boy’s mother.

Although this routine was meant to be comedic, Haddish said in a statement on Monday that “it wasn’t funny at all, and I truly regret having agreed to appear in it.”

Haddish said, “I truly look forward to being able to speak a lot more about this issue as soon as I can.
