Coronavirus Updates: The confirmed coronavirus cases in Pakistan surge to 3,124 as new cases were reported from all parts of the country.

From Punjab alone, 100 plus new cases were reported, taking the provincial tally to 1,380.

Three new cases were reported from Balochistan taking the provincial tally to 189.

“We took 43 samples, of which three came back positive, the rest negative,” Balochistan government spokesperson said.

He added that 32 patients have recovered from coronavirus in the province so far.

Sindh’s tally of confirmed coronavirus cases rose to 881 as 37 new cases were reported from the province.

New cases were also reported in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. According to the reports, 2 new cases were reported in AJK taking the tally to 14 and 4 news cases were reported from GB taking tally to 210 coronavirus cases.

2 new deaths were also reported in Pakistan, 1 in Sindh and the other in KPK, taking the nationwide toll to 45.
