A source adds that Pitt believes Jolie is purposefully trying to harm him by bringing up their 2016 aircraft altercation.
The Maleficent actress filed a complaint with the FBI under an assumed name, stating that Pitt got into an altercation with her and their children on a flight from France to Los Angeles.
“They looked into it. After reviewing the materials they had gathered jointly, they decided not to charge him “the source claims.
“What drives someone to use up public resources and court time by making an anonymous FOIA request for information they have held for years? There is only one, and that is to hurt her ex as much as possible. This has no advantages. The disclosure of information to the public is detrimental to the kids and the entire family.”
The Pitt source claims, “This material is not factual. She stated that this took place. There was an investigation, but no charges were filed. These kinds of items typically aren’t made public.”
Pitt is “usually in a good attitude considering the tensions around these circumstances,” the insider continues.

Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, and Vivienne and Knox, twins who are 14 years old, are shared by Jolie and Pitt.
