Bella Hadid published a picture of a pregnant woman on her Instagram late on Tuesday, confusing thousands of her followers.
When I looked at additional images she posted to her stories, it appeared that the pregnant woman was in a video conversation with the model, but at first glance, it appeared that the picture was of the model herself.
