People says that a 99-year-old woman in Marguerite Koller Pennsylvania, United States, met her 100th great-grandchild earlier this month. The outlet said that Marguerite Koller was thrilled to get the once-in-a-lifetime chance to hold the baby, calling herself “extremely lucky.” The report says that Ms. Koller is the mother of 11 children and the grandmother of 56. People said that the boy was supposed to be the 99th great-grandchild, but he was born more than a week after his due date.

The whole family can’t fit around a table, so they celebrate important holidays in “heats,” said Christine Balster, Ms. Koller’s granddaughter and mother of the 100th great-grandchild. She also said that the almost-100-year-old “had left an amazing legacy that will last for generations,” according to a report from Metro.

“A race to 100 was on. My cousin Colleen and I were both due the same day. She gave birth to the 99th great-grandchild, who is healthy and beautiful. So, you know, we’re just thankful and lucky to have a few more babies join this wonderful family “she told me.
Ms. Koller will have her birthday in a few months. She was born in 1922.
