KARACHI – On Monday, a district and sessions court threw out an order to dig up and examine the body of the late Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
A petition by Dua, Aamir Liaquat’s daughter, against the decision of the judicial magistrate was heard by a judge in the Karachi East district and sessions court. The judge’s decision was made public.
In June of this year, Aamir Liaquat’s body was found at his home. He was buried at the Abdullah Shah Ghazi graveyard in Karachi.
A citizen asked the Judicial Magistrate East Hussain Memon for Aamir’s body to be dug up and an autopsy to be done after he was buried.
Alhumdulillah Allah ne haq ko surkhuroo kia… We got the success in Marhoom #AamirLiaquat exhumation case. The honourable court allowed the revision and set aside the order of the Magistrate. There will be no exhumation of a dead body. Will share the details soon. Allah is Kareem pic.twitter.com/v4dNPU4yjh

Bushra Iqbal, who used to be married to the late televangelist, is happy that the magistrate orders have been thrown out by the sessions court.
It’s been recalled, Dania Malik, has been asking for an autopsy on her husband to find out why he died suddenly.
