Ola Electric is increasing its presence and efforts in the Indian EV sector. A four-wheeled EV with a 500km-long range and a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time has been announced.

According to CEO Bharvish Aggarwal of Ola Electric, the company’s cutting-edge vehicle will debut on the Indian market in 2024.

The Ola Electric car would be among the fastest in India when it arrives with such specifications. Additionally, the vehicle will be exquisitely and sportily designed with an all-glass roof and a class-low drag coefficient of 2.1.

Ola Electric’s own MoveOS technology, which includes various assisted driving features, will power the vehicle. The company envisions the new vehicle as an EV that can compete with well-known brands on a worldwide scale. The Ola S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters use the MoveOS as well.

With excellent performance across all important parameters, it provides keyless and handleless functionalities.

Despite some setbacks brought on by fire mishaps involving some of its scooters, Ola Electric has had a revival in a number of places in recent years.

The Ola FUTUREFACTORY, which the firm stated would be the largest two-wheeler manufacturing facility in the world, is scheduled to open in 2021.

Originally intended to create 10 million scooters annually, the business now plans to increase the factory’s capacity so that it can make 1 million vehicles annually.

Ola Electric is anticipated to rise to the top echelons of the EV manufacturing sector as a result of the ambitious project.
