Police in New York City said that a 4-year-old boy dies when he flew off an allegedly stolen motorised scooter and into a car with his father. According to the New York City Police Department, Mario Rosario Sr., the father, 24, and his kid were riding the two-wheeled scooter in the Bronx when they collided with a 2022 Toyota.
According to authorities, the scooter struck a curb after colliding with the automobile, causing both people to fall to the ground. Mario Rosario Jr., 4, who was not wearing a helmet, had serious brain injuries. An area hospital declared him deceased.
Just before 9:30 p.m., Rosario and the Toyota’s driver both stayed on the site of the collision.
According to the police, Rosario charged with criminal possession of stolen items and endangering the welfare of a kid.
William Baez, the Toyota’s driver, in accusations of being an aggravating unlicensed operator.
On Monday, it was not known if either man are with counsel.
