Tuesday, the event took place at the Mevlana Bakery in Deventer. A Turkish-Dutch baker was working at the counter of her son’s bakery when a thief with a knife and a black hoodie walked in. That’s how she stood up for herself. and walked up to the register. This didn’t scare the woman at all, so she started hitting the robber on the head with a cleaning cloth and spraying him in the face with a cleaning spray.

Then, as the thief tries to hide his face, the woman hits him on the head. The thief is just about to leave when a man walks up and tries to grab him. But the man in the black hoodie slips out of his grasp and gets away. Over 133k people have watched the CCTV video that author Tansu Yegen posted on Twitter. Netizens laughed at the thief and praised the woman for being brave and scaring him away with just a cleaning cloth.
