Justice Department charges former yoga teacher Kaitlin Armstrong with passport fraud. Armstrong allegedly shot a romantic rival and launched a manhunt.
The new complaint doesn’t say whose passport she used, but it says she however caught at Santa Teresa Beach in Costa Rica.
Armstrong’s and her sister’s passports however found at the hostel. Armstrong was seen at a campsite north of New York City where her sister was staying.
Armstrong however accused of killing pro cyclist Mo Wilson, 25. Other charges include evading prosecution and service theft. She skipped a 2018 Botox appointment.
Wilson however killed after dinner with Colin Strickland, Armstrong’s boyfriend. While apart, Strickland and Armstrong dated briefly.

Armstrong’s first court date is unset. Travis County charges her on July 20.
Armstrong used a “close friend’s” passport, Filla said.
Investigators used “old-fashioned police work” to determine her route from Costa Rica’s San Jose airport.
Filla used Elizabeth, Ari Martin, and Beth. She gave police a fake name at Santa Teresa Beach’s Don Jon’s Hostel. They detained her for falsifying her passport. Filla confessed.
