According to the complaint, Shah left a drama shoot in the middle of it. The Ehd-e-Wafa actress allegedly left the set without warning, causing the production company significant financial loss. The UPA confirmed receiving a complaint against Alizeh Shah for leaving the set without notice, resulting in significant production losses for Eveready Pictures.

She left the drama shoot of Mohabbat Ki Akhri Kahani, which was taking place in Kashmir, without explanation. Sami Khan plays the lead in Mohabbat Ki Akhri Kahani.

The production company stated that it had to incur financial losses because she left the set without prior notice.

Yasir Nawaz and Nida Yasir appeared on Ahsan Khan’s show Time Out with Ahsan Khan earlier in June 2021. During the interview, Nida revealed that Yasir had regrets about working on the drama serial Mera Dil Mera Dushman with Alizeh Shah.

When asked by the host, Nida stated that Yasir found it difficult to work with the Ehd-e-Wafa star and develop chemistry with her because they played a married couple in the serial.
