The Lawyer of Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain has made important revelations regarding the heirs of his property. He said that the value of Dr. Sahib’s house in Khudadad Colony is Rs. 8 to 10 crore at present.
Qazi added that the house was owned by his father. His elder brother who is a doctor himself is also a partner in this property. Furthermore, the property had 5 shops and flats, most of which he had sold. One of the portions is where Dr. Sahib died, which is upstairs. In the upper portion they built a large auditorium. Dania also lived in this house after marriage.

In addition, Dr. Sahib had a bungalow, which he said he had sold but Qazi hasn’t seen it himself. Legally, the real heirs of Dr. Aamir Liaquat are his son Ahmed and daughter Dua. Who has inherited the house in Khudadad Colony along with all the other properties.
Regarding Syeda Toba Anwar, Advocate Jamshed Qazi said that she no longer has any share in the property because she had taken khula. Although, Dr. Sahib had given her a bullet proof Corolla car as a gift in his life. Which was worth about 4 million at that time.
As for Dania, she is now Dr. Sahib’s ex-wife and has no share in the inheritance. As she first thought of khula and then filed a case of annulment of marriage in the court, according to the servants.
Meanwhile, Dr. Aamir Liaqaut passed away. Now that there is not a single party to the case, the case is dead.

But if she still says that I am the wife of Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, then she has a right to file a suit for partition. Which then according to Shariah she can get one-fourth of the inheritance.
If Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain had filed a marital rights case in Karachi which seemed to indicate that he wanted to reconcile with Dania then there was a possibility. However Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain did not file any such case.
After his death, Dania took the oath that we were reconciled, that he was coming to pick her up, and so on and so forth.
According to the law, this case ended because she filed a case for khula. And now that he is no longer alive, who will get khula?
Dr. Sahib had left two vehicles, one of which belonged to MNA and was used by them. Both the vehicles have been given to their children Dua and Ahmed. One vehicle was in the possession of the police as case property. But perhaps that too has been handed over to her children.
