A five-year funding commitment from Alabama REALTORS® will support the creation; and support execution of the ASU/AAR initiative. The course material will cover every aspect of real estate; including financing, appraising, building, insurance, and other related subjects.

Jeremy Walker, chief executive officer of Alabama REALTORS® said, “the program’s objectives; are to give students a thorough understanding of the real estate industry as a whole; empower students with the knowledge to pursue careers in real estate-related fields; and instill the value of homeownership.” “Together, we can fight to decrease the wealth gap in Alabama; encourage minority homeownership, and enhance diversity in real estate-related areas.”
