Nothing Phone 1 was launched earlier this year during a livestream in which CEO Carl Pei detailed the phone’s goals. Everything has been tight-lipped about the Nothing Phone 1. A few trustworthy leaks imply the gadget will be on par with other top flagships.
We’ve finally seen the Nothing Phone after much speculation and tease. The transparent back of Nothing’s official photos has divided fans. Pei insists the Nothing Phone will be an iPhone killer, but it’s clearly inspired by Apple’s device. Some supporters are dissatisfied by the Phone 1’s traditional appearance, especially considering Nothing’s hopes for an industry-wide shakeup.
The Phone has two cameras on a pill-shaped island with a microphone and lights. The cameras’ lenses are unknown. On the right side of the phone’s back, a red light pulses while shooting video. It’s a wonderful touch, however the light could be visible in recordings, so many may turn it off.
Ishan Agarwal, a reliable leaker, has posted a supposed render of the Phone in black. Following the Ear 1 earbuds, which also came in black, the only difference is that the rails and inside are black. The characteristic LED strips provide a white contrast against the black background.
