Brooke Kinsella has shared a heartwarming post announcing that she has welcomed a “miracle” baby into the world.
The actress and activist, who portrayed Kelly Taylor in the BBC One soap from 2001 to 2004, tweeted a black-and-white picture of her infant and wrote his name in the caption.

“Ben Ross Boardley,” she wrote. “29/06/22. A perfect miracle given to us on a day when so much was taken away.
“Named after the very best of men. He will do them so proud, I know it already.”

Brooke Kinsella is the name of Brooke’s newborn brother, who unfortunately died by stabbing in 2008, making him the 17th fatality in London that year. Since then, the actress has become a vocal opponent of knives. She even visited EastEnders again to offer advice when they decided to focus on a knife-crime plot in 2018.
