South Lansing experiences power disruptions in the early morning showers. The much-needed rain and some power outages arrived on Wednesday morning. In Lansing, roughly 2,300 Lansing Board of Water & Light customers lost power in a region; of the southside north of I-96. Unknown at this time is what caused the outage. Just after 9 a.m., power came back; however you may check the BWL map.
Just over 1,000 Consumers Energy customers in Grand Ledge are affected; by the outage. The cause has not yet in discovery; but a crew is on the way to the area. View the impacted area and the anticipated timing; of restoration here.
