Elon Musk is the sixth user on Twitter to amass a nine-digit follower count. Having just exceeded the 100 million barrier himself. According to SocialBlade. Elon Musk gained over 150,000 new followers between June 26 and June 27 to reach the milestone. There are now 100,059,886 people who follow Musk on Twitter.
Two factors make reaching the milestone interesting. First, Musk is purchasing Twitter for $44 billion, which might make him the only head of a major social media network who’s competent at using it. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook page is just press releases, while Instagram chief Adam Mosseri is similarly sugary.
