House Democrats ask for new party leadership prior to elections

The House Democrats Party needs new leadership, according to Virginia Democrat Rep. Abigail Spanberger. It should elevate other “exceptional” party members.

She failed to say if she would back President Biden’s reelection campaign while highlighting the party’s vast range of potential leaders on “America’s Newsroom” on Tuesday.

Moreover, Spanberger told anchor Dana Perino, I’m looking straight ahead to 2022 and the re-election ahead of me.

Spanberger, who however ran for re-election in Virginia’s redrew 7th District. She would not specify whether she would back Biden in 2024.

But she did state that she however not interested in having the president help her campaign.

However, I’m going to run my own campaign. The candidate is me. My name appears on the ballot. Spanberger gave the reply.

Spanberger has faith in her abilities to win over voters in an area that had a strong Republican majority until 2019.

Give me a strategy or give me something to blame, I’m never going to say to someone else, she said.

Moreover, based on my history, I’m going to say, “I’m going to approach this problem head-on and I’m going to take action.”

Yesli Vega, a recent winner of the Virginia Republican primary, will against Spanberger.

Spanberger continued, “I continue to acknowledge that there are some truly exceptional members of Congress with tremendous histories. They have a lot to contribute to the discourse. And I anticipate seeing those voices continue to be heard and become more active.
