Pakistani right-hand batter Sohaib Maqsood requested his fans to pray for his mother, who will undergo surgery.

Sohaib uploaded a photo of his parents on Twitter and asked followers to pray for his mother’s health.
“My mother is going in for surgery in few hours please remember in dua. Allah sab ki Maa ku hamesha salamat rakhy ameen [May Allah keep everyone’s mother safe],” he wrote.

Maqsood has played in 29 ODIs and 26 T20Is for Pakistan between 2013 and 2021. He was Multan Sultans’ best batsman in the Pakistan Super League in 2021.
