- Mehwish Hayat, a Pakistani actor, is going all out after making her Hollywood debut in the most recent episode of Ms Marvel.
- Hayat’s first glimpse as Kamala’s great-grandmother Aisha, who ties the present with the past, was just unveiled.
- 3rd episode of Disney Plus series Ms. Marvel has been released and people are wondering that what role Pakistani superstar Mehwish Hayat is playing the series.
In this episode, Mehwish’s character has been introduced. She is playing the younger version of Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel’s grandmother.

Furthermore, Nimra Bucha, who plays Najma in the superhero series, made an appearance.
Hayat revealed earlier this month that she had realised her aspiration of being a part of the Marvel production.
“Working on Ms Marvel and being part of the MCU is a dream come true for me!” she wrote on Instagram.
“You cannot believe what it means to finally have the first brown Muslim superhero that we can all relate to and who speaks for us.
“Words can’t describe how happy my inner child is to see my culture being so accurately represented on screen, in a mainstream Hollywood production,” she added.

She continued: “I hope that this will not only show actors in Pakistan that they need to look beyond their own borders but also give Hollywood the confidence to cast talent from Pakistan.”
