When discussing her strategy, she claims: “Knowing yourself and addressing your problem areas is the key to becoming healthier. During the next six weeks, I want to establish a pattern and spend at least one hour pampering myself.

As a mother of two young sons and a wife of actor Riteish Deshmukh, the actress continued, “I feel it’s absolutely vital to give that time and attention to myself.”
“I feel I want to be upfront with all the obstacles that I see on the journey and not just glamorise fitness or restrict it to a particular size or shape but rather doing it for oneself and through the process, rediscovering oneself – be it through strength, looks, perseverance or hard work,” the author says.
