The UK remains ‘steadfast’ in its support for Ukraine; and that any concessions to Moscow would be a “disaster”; as Western authorities warned that mass mobilisation in Russia was approaching.

On Tuesday, the Prime Minister pledged “new political, military; and financial support from the international community” to the war-torn country; warning of “increasing fatigue” surrounding the conflict; according to his official spokesman.
According to the official, “the Prime Minister’s concern is that it may not be at the forefront of everyone’s minds; ” because of “some of those bigger global difficulties we’re having; not least on global inflation.”

No one should assume that making concessions to Putin; would result in anything other than tragedy.

“We must not allow anyone to believe that making concessions to Putin will result in anything other than disaster;” Mr Johnson told Cabinet, because doing so could “perceive as a reward for their aggression”; and “would embolden not only Russia but their allies; and have an impact on UK security and our economy,” according to a spokesperson.
