‘The absolute hardest yet most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. An unmedicated VBA2C. No words,’ Tammy, 28, wrote.

‘Birth story to come. For now just resting in my love bubble with my perfect little girl wow,’ she added.

Tammy may be seen holding her newborn daughter minutes after she was born in one photo, as Matt stands close, supporting her.

She also shared a photo of herself standing in the shower during giving birth.

Tammy and her Ironman fiancé Matt announced they were expecting their first child in December, only two weeks after their engagement.

With her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, the Saski Collection founder has two children, Wolf, six, and Saskia, five.

Despite physicians’ advice to have a caesarean section, she earlier indicated in an Instagram video that she planned on having a natural birth.

‘I’ve just had a doctors appointment at the hospital where they tried to convince me once again to have another C-section, which I’m not doing,’ she said.

‘This time the doctor was definitely going hard to convince me and trying to scare me into having another C-section but I know all the figures and risks.’

Tammy went on to say she’s ‘hoping for a good outcome’ but will have an emergency C-section if needed.

‘I will cross that bridge when I come to it but I’m just not giving in so easy. I want to experience a [natural] birth. I feel like I can do it, I feel like my body can do it.’

She also just announced that her baby had 12 fingers, which is the same unusual abnormality that she inherited as a child.

‘We just saw the little baby, and the surprise was that she has 12 fingers, like me, like her mummy,’ Tammy said.

She went on to say that her sisters, mother, and brother had the mutation as well, but that her first two children did not.

‘Amy and Emilee had extra fingers when they were born as well, and so did my little brother. So did my mum. It runs in my family,’ she said.

She plans to have her baby girl’s extra fingers removed after she is born.

‘Yes, no reason to keep them. I had mine removed shortly after birth,’ Tammy said during an Instagram Q&A recently.
