Britney Spears’ ex-husband has been denied a bail reduction and will remain behind bars after being charged with felony stalking and four misdemeanours.

Following the incident, he was charged with two charges of misdemeanour violence, one case of misdemeanour vandalism, and one count of misdemeanour trespassing, in addition to the felony charge.
At a hearing on Monday, he pleaded not guilty to all charges, but his bail was set at $100,000 (£82,000). A three-year restraining order was also imposed, mandating him to keep at least 100 yards away from the pop sensation.
His appeal for the bail amount to be reduced, as well as his request to be released from jail, were both denied by judge Catherine Voelker at a bail hearing on Wednesday in Ventura County Superior court.
He was remanded once more and is currently being held in the Ventura County jail for two preliminary hearings next week.
Last Thursday, the singer, 40, and her 28-year-old fitness trainer partner Asghari married in a small ceremony.
Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace, and Madonna were among the celebs in attendance.
Alexander had uploaded an Instagram Live story from outside Spears’ residence shortly before the incident, saying he was come to “crash” the wedding.
Officers from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office apprehended him and took him to jail.
