- During a fight at their Orange County home, Gina Kirschenheiter is accused of pushing boyfriend Travis Mullen down the stairs.
Meghan Mullen, Travis’ ex-wife, made the accusation in court records acquired by Page Six. She alleges the confrontation took place “about April” in front of Presley, the former couple’s 10-year-old daughter.
“The children began to hear loud [noises] late at night.” Presley exited the room to look into it. Meghan, who has two children with Travis, Bennett, 8, and Joseph, 6, claimed in court documents that Travis was ranting that Gina was an alcoholic.
Meghan claims in the documents that she told her children to call the cops if something like this happened again, despite the fact that cell phones are apparently “not allowed” at Travis and Kirschenheiter’s house.

Meghan also expresses concern about Gina’s “behaviour and drinking” in addition to the reported physical altercation.
“The kids say she’ll be asleep with an empty bottle of wine and glass next to her when they wake up in the morning,” she alleges.

“These assertions are unfounded. Meghan is attempting to present a false picture of Gina, who is a domestic abuse survivor.”
Meghan submitted the court documents in response to Travis’ request for an emergency investigation into allegations that she is illegally hiding the kids from him. She claims the kids are the ones that “refuse to visit with him.”
Their three children are currently in the joint legal and physical custody of the two.
