- Kelly Rizzo gave an emotional acceptance speech for her husband Bob Saget’s Impact Award at the Fourth Annual Critics Choice Real TV Awards on Sunday.
- In an interview with People Magazine, Rizzo, who walked the red carpet for the first time after her husband’s tragic death, said it felt weird to attend the ceremony without the comic.
“This is the first time I’ve walked the red carpet without him. It’s rather bizarre. I have a feeling he’s waiting in the wings and will say, ‘Honey, I’ll be there in a few minutes.
‘ It still doesn’t feel right, but all we can do is try our best to honour him and his legacy. That is all I wish to do “She told the publication.

Rizzo went on, “Bob’s beautiful girls and I are pleased to receive this on his behalf. And it’s bittersweet since this is all still… It’s completely bizarre.”
