Ukraine’s European integration strategy was reviewed between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
According to a source, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made the appropriate statement on Twitter.
“Had a conversation with Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of the Netherlands. Informed on the present situation on the front lines; expressed gratitude for the Netherlands’ defence aid to Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression. The path to European integration for Ukraine was discussed. We are counting on the help of the Netherlands!” Ukraine’s President penned a letter.
A reminder that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Dutch Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra met on June 13, 2022, to discuss the preparations for the EU summit, where Ukraine’s candidacy proposal will be evaluated.
