Western donor countries’ “complacency” is slammed by a Ukrainian military spokesman

  • A representative for Ukraine’s foreign legion slammed a “feeling of complacency” among the country’s military sponsors.
  • The longer we delay, the greater the number of people who will die, Magrou warned.
  • This includes not just Ukrainian military personnel but also our legionnaires.

On Monday, a representative for Ukraine’s foreign legion slammed a “feeling of complacency” among the country’s military sponsors; claiming that the country required considerably more help to resist Russia’s invasion.

“There appears to be a sense of complacency among our western friends that the arms supply that Ukraine has already received are somehow enough to win the war;” Damien Magrou, a spokesperson for the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine, said during a news conference.
