Several of Britney’s celebrity friends, including Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Madonna, and Donatella Versace, were in attendance for the 10-minute ceremony. The fashion designer created the bride’s whole costume for the evening, including her off-the-shoulder wedding gown and three modest gowns she wore while dancing at the reception. The Crossroads actress’s sons Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, whom she has with ex-husband Kevin Federline, will not be present to see their mother marry Asghari, according to TMZ.
Federline’s lawyer said, “Although the boys will not be in attendance, Kevin and the boys are happy for Britney and wish her and Sam all the best going forward.” Britney’s family did not attend her wedding, including Jamie Lynn and her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears. Her older brother, Bryan Spears, was also absent from the celebrations. The singer, who was chosen as her personal and professional manager in 2008, is currently alienated from her family, accusing her father of abusing his position in July 2021.

However, tensions between Britney and Jamie Lynn flared when the latter released her book, Things I Should Have Revealed, and said on Good Morning America that same month that she saw Britney become “erratic, paranoid, and spiraling.” Britney responded by claiming that the book contained “lies” regarding her life and the conservatorship at the time.
