Paris Hilton revealed she skipped a presidential gig to attend Britney Spears and Sam Asghari’s June 9 wedding

The special day came nine months after Britney announced Sam had popped the question with a sparkling ring.

Paris Hilton vowed, “I Wanna Go” to Britney Spears and Sam Asghari’s wedding. The 41-year-old DJ talked about attending Britney and Sam’s wedding on the June 10 episode of the This is Paris podcast, which she couldn’t get away from despite President Joe Biden’s Summit of America’s dinner.

She added, “I was actually requested to DJ for the president and all of the other presidents from around the world for the dinner,” but “this was more important to me.”

According to The White House website, the presidential dinner was hosted at the Getty Villa in Los Angeles. The president’s meeting was part of the three-day Summit of the Americas, which, brings together leaders from various countries to discuss issues such as climate change and economic development.

Paris revealed that she had been keeping her presence at the couple’s wedding under wraps.

“I kept it a secret all week,” she explained. “I literally didn’t tell anyone, not even the people who sent me the gowns I requested, my entire crew, my glam, my driver, everyone.”

“I’m not going to into any details since it was the royal bridesmaid’s night and that’s her story to tell,” Paris said after the wedding, “but all I can say is that I am just so immensely pleased for her.”

She also expressed her gratitude for having a front-row ticket to Britney being “so happy and free” during the party.

She said, “She looked stunning.” “It made me so glad to see that she’d found her fairytale, and they’re such a lovely pair.”

On June 9, Selena Gomez, Madonna, and Drew Barrymore were among the attendees at Britney and Sam’s modest wedding ceremony in Los Angeles.

The big day came nine months after Britney revealed Sam had proposed with a beautiful ring. Britney’s four-carat diamond, designed by Forever Diamonds NY, was engraved with the phrase “Lioness,” Sam’s nickname for her.
