As per the presidential press service, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed two separate decrees on Thursday imposing penalties on Russian President Vladimir Putin and more than 200 Russian officials.

Asset freezes and the use of Ukrainian radio-frequency resources are among the punishments.
As per the decree, the same stringent measures would be applied to 34 key officials, including Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

As a result of the restrictive regulations, Russian educational institutions are unable to conduct cultural, scientific, or sporting exchanges with their Ukrainian counterparts.
