In Netflix’s upcoming action horror film Day Shift, Jamie Foxx plays Bud Jablonski, a father who provides for his family by living a perilous double life, directed by J.J. Perry.
Bud’s loved ones believe he works as a pool cleaner, but he’s actually one of many unionized vampire hunters who’ve dedicated their lives to eradicating the bloodsucking undead.

Netflix has recently published a new behind-the-scenes look at Day Shift for this year’s Geeked Week presentation of its forthcoming projects, which reveals a significant portion of the fast-paced action that Foxx, Perry, and producer Chad Stahelski have injected the film with.

In the video, Stahelski talks about how his prior collaborations with Perry on the John Wick franchise made joining Day Shift a no-brainer, and Perry says the film’s idea lends itself to a heightened level of action that he’s anxious to show off.
