• “Around 800 citizens have taken refuge in the bunkers of Dmytro Firtash’s Group DF’s Azot chemical facility,” Lanny J. Davis.
• “Among the 800 civilians are around 200 of the plant’s 3,000 employees and approximately 600 residents of Severodonetsk,” he continued.

According to the statement, the personnel remained at the factory in an attempt to “protect” the remaining portion of “the plant’s highly explosive chemicals.”
