• Brad Pitt appears to have renewed his spat with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie by levelling new claims against her.
• The Fight Club star, 58, has accused the Maleficent actress of selling half of his Miraval French vineyard to a Russian tycoon with ‘poisonous links’ and ‘cutthroat business techniques’ in punishment for a custody battle.
• Last year, Jolie allegedly sold her portion of the Chateau Miraval vineyard to a business headed by Yuri Shefler, who owns Russian vodka Stolichnaya, called Stoli.

According to Dailymail.co.uk, Pitt’s legal team has now filed court paperwork saying Jolie’s objective for the transaction was to ‘inflict injury on Pitt’ – who has now become a worldwide business.

The attorneys for the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star claim the Russian mogul has ‘poisonous intents,’ including aspirations to acquire entire control of Pitt’s cherished multi-million dollar vineyard.

According to legal filings, ‘Jolie knew and planned that Shefler and his affiliates would try to control the firm Pitt had developed and damage Pitt’s investment in Miraval.’

The date of the transaction is also alleged to be tied to a judge’s decision to grant a provisional judgement awarding Pitt 50/50 custody in the couple’s contentious custody dispute.

According to the same media site, Brad Pitt also claims the sale breaches the couple’s agreement struck at the start of their partnership in the 1,000-acre estate, which they purchased in 2008.

According to court documents, the South of France estate where the couple married became Pitt’s “passion,” and under his direction has become one of the world’s most highly acclaimed producers of rosé wine.

Pitt and Jolie married in 2014 after nearly ten years together. They have six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox. Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, alleging irreconcilable differences, and the couple was formally separated three years later.
