- A jury of seven in Virginia determined last week that Heard defamed the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and awarded him $10.35 million in damages.
- The jury also decided that Heard had been defamed and awarded her $2 million.
When one of Heard’s attorneys, Elaine Bredehoft, was asked on NBC’s TODAY show if her client will be able to pay up, she answered, “Oh no, certainly not.”

Amber Heard, according to her lawyer, wants to appeal the judgement and “has some great reasons for it.”
According to media sources, Heard is no longer ‘concerned’ about paying her ex-husband since she is ‘convinced’ she will win the appeal.
According to an insider, Heard is ‘100% appealing on freedom of expression and is telling pals she is willing to take it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.’
