After apparently seeing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s second child for the first time in recent days, the Queen wished Lilibet on Twitter.

Meghan and Harry, who abruptly left the royal family in January 2020, currently reside in California.

They are living in Frogmore Cottage on the Queen’s Windsor Castle estate for their jubilee visit to Britain.
