China’s cabinet, the State Council, announced the appointments and removals of officials on Monday.

Fu Ziying was replaced as head of the Central People’s Government’s Liaison Office in the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) and national security affairs adviser of the Committee for Safeguarding National Security of the Macao SAR by Zheng Xincong, who no longer serves as the committee’s national security technical adviser.
