Imran Khan, the previous Prime Minister of Pakistan; had called all Pakistanis to a protest against the new government on May 25th in Islamabad.

The new government has adopted a variety of precautionary measures; in order to prevent and avert any negative events or outcomes. We’ve been hearing several reports since the morning, all of which have been debunked by various agencies as the hours pass. The rumour of “Internet Closure” across the country was among the news.
The Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) has debunked the “Internet Closure” myth, stating that the authorities have no plans to take such action. Some media outlets reported these events incorrectly.
Transworld, an internet service provider, had a little decrease in their service. The problem has been resolved, and internet traffic has returned to normal.
PTA has instructed all Telecom Licensees to offer their full services during the protest, according to a letter sent to them by PTA. They are also instructed to be more efficient and provide smooth telecom services throughout the ongoing protests.
