The legal teams for Amber Heard and Johnny Depp continued their defamation battle.
However, the odds of victory in the legal case appear to be shifting in Depp’s favour, as Heard’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft appeared irritated and fatigued in court.
Bredehoft can be heard stating ‘I’m trying, I’m trying’ as she examines Heard, as Depp’s star attorney Camille Vasquez continues to raise objections to most of Bredehoft’s inquiries.
Meanwhile, during the famed trial, Heard’s side presented Disney official Tina Newman’s testimony.
To Heard’s The Washington Post op-ed, Newman testified about Disney pulling Depp from the infamous Pirates of the Caribbean 6.
According to Newman, she “never saw any material that mentioned the op-ed, never discussed it, and did not hear about or participate in discussion of its impact.”
Furthermore, Depp’s former agent Tracy Jacobs said in court that the Hollywood A-lister was a “difficult” guy with “basic anger issues” that garnered complaints from production companies.
