Volodymyr Zelensky met with Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa not long ago.
Following the meeting, he stated that 22 million tons of food are stranded in Ukrainian ports, and that several alternatives are being studied to fix the situation.
He was quoted by Interfax-Ukraine as adding that Russia had barred “all marine alternatives for exporting odd products” and was “quietly taking it.”
He went on to say that military tactics may be used to open up ports, which is why Ukraine is seeking weaponry from allies.
“Grain is being shipped off to somewhere or other. We know where that somewhere or other is,” Zelensky said.
