The former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that a Long March date will be announced between May 25 and 29, adding that he has called a meeting of the PTI Core Committee on Sunday in Peshawar where he would give a final call.

He demanded immediate dissolution of assembles and announcement of the next general elections.
He made these views while addressing a very giant public rally in Multan on Friday.
He said that no movement and struggle in the world could succeed without the participation of youth and women.
He urged the youth to shed every fear as without it they would not succeed in life, adding that Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught humanity to live independently and freed them from fear and fright.
He added that the past and present rulers of Pakistan had never tried to make this nation free and independent and always frightened them of superpowers.
He recalled that a foreign conspiracy had been hatched against his government as he refused to bow down before any superpower and to give these corrupt rulers an NRO that was the way that his government was removed.
He added that if he had forgiven their cases, his government could have survived but he had not compromised over it and sacrificed his government.
He lambasted Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari, adding that Nawaz absconded from the country by making a false statement about his disease to London.
He asked the PML-N how they could accept an absconder and coward as their leader.
Imran maintained that against the PTI government, Nawaz, Shehbaz, Zardari and Fazlur hatched a conspiracy with USA’s help, adding that the elite class of the country had also joined them with fear.
The former prime minister further said that they had never thought that the whole nation came out in support of Imran Khan and dug their graves.
He said that they had planned to govern the country for one and a half years and use every unfair means to win the next elections with the alleged help of the Election Commission.

He taunted that the PML-N and its allies, who used to be called experienced and competent, during last one month they had destroyed the country’s economy.
He asserted that under the PTI rule, every sector of the economy had made progress and the country was on the right track.
He question the PML-N why they were against him as he had not made any case against them but the fact was that PML-N and PPP had registered cases against one another.
Imran observed that small thieves were in jails whereas big thieves and plunderers were at large and ruling the country, adding that Shehbaz was involved in money laundering of billions and he was going to be inducted but he was made the prime minister of the country.
He said that this struggle had become more than politics as it had become a Jihad, adding that they did not need an apology from any foreign country.
He maintained that Pakistan was being stopped from exporting wheat and oil from Russia at a discounted rate but India was freely exporting from Russia whatever she needed.
He recalled that Pakistan had made big sacrifices for the USA’s war on terror but they had never thanked Pakistan but contrary to it they blamed Pakistan for cheating her and the world.
He asserted that the USA had turned against him as he refused to allow her to use Pakistan’s air space and said to her “Absolutely Not”.
He further said that they had carried out 400 drone attacks but the PPP and PML-N governments had never condemned them. He asked whether Pakistan could carry out any drone attack in any European country because it had a doubt that the terrorists were hiding there.
PTI Vice-Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi speaking on the occasion said that Multan had given two national and six provincial assemblies to the PTI in the 2018 general elections but two of them became turncoats and sold their loyalties to the opposition, adding they would have to face the rage of the people and humiliation and defeat in next elections.

He furthest said that on the order the Prime Minister Imran Khan, he had got a resolution passed from United Nations and declared March 15 as Anti-Islamophobia Day which would be marked across the world every year.
He said that the people of South Punjab were demanding a separate province as their genuine problems had never been resolved in any government of the PML-N and PPP, highlighting injustices and suffering of South Punjab.
He claimed that seeing the rising popularity of Imran Khan, a big number of aspirants for PTI tickets has lined up.
He demanded Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to resign before Imran’s caravan’s coming to Islamabad.
