As the defamation trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues to draw worldwide interest, a guy was observed having a laughing fit throughout the proceedings and had to leave the room because he couldn’t contain himself. A video of a man, who some allege was part of Johnny’s entourage, giggling hysterically has gone viral.

The video was taken on Tuesday, when Amber was questioned about her assault charges against her ex-husband Johnny. As several protests from Johnny’s attorney Camille Vasquez, the man is seen concealing his face with his hand while continuing to laugh, but after everyone around him began to smile as well, he walks out of the courthouse.

Those who saw the video left their reactions in the comments area. According to one spectator, the man was Johnny’s security guard. “Dude is representing the entire internet,”

One spectator said. Another person wrote, “He just remembered a joke from 10 years ago from out of the blue. That’s how mind numbing this trial is so far as to make his brain crack like that.”

A supporter of Johnny Depp commented on the video, “The laughing guy represents 99% of the world as to the absurdity of Amber’s lies and her unwavering attempts to uphold them by adding even more lies!!” Commenting on the man leaving the courtroom, someone said, “Laughing is definitely contagious and I believe he left so he wouldn’t be at risk of being held for contempt in court.”

Johnny was also seen smiling during the trial on Tuesday when Amber’s lawyer imitated his voice.

Amber is defending herself against Johnny’s libel lawsuit for USD 50 million. His team accused her of sabotaging his career by falsely accusing him of sexual and physical abuse.
