A lunar eclipse has taken place in different parts of the world, the video of which is also coming to light.
A total lunar eclipse took place in different countries including the USA on Sunday night (Monday morning in Pakistan) during which its color turned red.
People in South America, the eastern parts of North America, and various parts of Africa and Europe watched the eclipse.
This eclipse occurred when the moon was closest to the earth during which it appears larger than usual and is also called Supermoon, this time the lunar eclipse was also named Super Blood Moon.

The total lunar eclipse did not last long, but Noah Petro, head of NASA’s Planetary Geology, Geophysics and Geochemistry Lab, said the moon’s colour remained red throughout the night, which was an interesting sight.
He said that the next total lunar eclipse will be in November 2022 after which we will have to wait till March 2025 for this sight.
A total lunar eclipse in November will be observed in different parts of Asia, Australia and North America.
It should be noted that the colour of the moon is red when it comes between the earth, the sun and the moon and on this occasion, the moon is passing through the darkest part of the shadow of the earth so that the sunlight does not reach it directly.
When sunlight passes through the earth’s atmosphere, the red light turns more than the blue light, and because of this the moon appears red at the time of the eclipse, and for this reason, it is often called the Blood Moon.
