Russian invaders are attempting to breach the land border in the Sumy region’s Shostka area. Fighting continues.
“The combat in the Shostka district’s north continues. In the Seredyno-Buda area, there is an attempt to breach the state border “Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, made a Telegram post.
Zhyvytskyy stated that Russian territory has been bombarding the region since the morning. According to him, there were five gunfire in the Esman area, about 70 explosions in the direction of Boyaro-Lezhachi, and six explosions in the Sopych area.
The shelling caused flames to break out along the boundary.
As previously reported, Ukrainian military forces liberated the Sumy region from Russian troops in early April.
