In her bitter court battle with the Kardashians, Blac Chyna believes the odds were set against her… She accuses the judge of being extremely prejudiced.

Chyna is accusing Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of being “undeniably hostile and very biased” against her and her counsel, according to fresh legal documents acquired by TMZ.

The judge’s claimed bias, according to Chyna, worked against her… Particularly in relation to the judge’s jury instructions, which Chyna believes contributed to the Kardashians’ eventual victory.

Remember, the judge threw Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, out of the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her children, and TT later appeared to threaten the judge, though she maintains it was directed at Kris rather than the judge.

Walter Mosley, the executive producer of “Rob & Chyna,” testified throughout the trial and echoed Chyna’s allegations. Walter believes the court sided with the Kardashians and didn’t appear to like BC’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani.
