Amber Heard referenced “Kate Moss and stairs,” referring to a rumour that Depp allegedly shoved Moss down a flight of stairs. Depp’s attorneys were spotted beaming and pumping their hands.

Depp’s defence team said this story was a complete fiction at a prior trial. They may now use it against the actress now that she has mentioned it.

Depp is suing the Aquaman actress for $50 million after she implied in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed that he assaulted her. Despite the fact that she did not identify him, he argues that her charges have harmed his capacity to work.
