From television to movies Sudha Chandran has been in the profession for almost three decades and considers herself to have established herself to some level. Which she attributes to her years of experience.

She stated, “I am confident in my abilities as an actor. I believe it is due to my years of experience. With dedication to the profession, knowledge of the medium. However, the foundation laid for me by my directors in the films with which I began.”
“Whether it was my first director, Singeetam Srinivasa Rao from ‘Mayuri.’ Or Santram Varma from ‘Kaahin Kissii Roz.’ I was very fortunate to have the best directors who taught me how to act as well as film and television methods. So I consider myself very fortunate to have had the best of directors. As a result of which I consider myself to be a relatively competent actor now.”
Sudha considers her husband’s remarks and the affection she receives from her fans to be the most rewarding aspects of her performance.

“There are times when I think to myself, “Oh my god, Sudha, you did an amazing job.” ‘You’ve got the scene down pat.’ When my husband sees my performance, he says, “Sudha, you were amazing in the scene today.” ‘You were incredible.'”
