The Ukrainian Security Service (SSU) has deactivated an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group (SRG) that was planning a terrorist attempt to sink a passenger plane over Russia or Belarus in order to blame Ukraine the SSU made the appropriate remark on Telegram.
“During a multi-stage special operation, the SSU was able to neutralize a highly classified enemy sabotage and reconnaissance outfit. The General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces was planning a terrorist assault to shoot down a passenger plane over Russian or Belarusian territory, according to the claim.
The Russian occupants planned to blame Ukraine and its allies for the plane strike. Attackers planned to fire on a civilian aircraft with the Stinger man-portable air-defense system as a provocation. For this objective, Russian security officials authorized their agents to steal and smuggle a foreign-made Stinger system.
Two dual citizens were with the hostile SRG, as was one accomplice recruited by them. Russian Alexander Tyuterev, a member of the Main Department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, used the call sign ‘Morpekh’ to coordinate their efforts. Tyuterev was on the run after being involved in a series of terrorist assaults in the Odesa Region.
