New video captures a huge brawl outside the Torquay Hotel

A new video of a chaotic bar brawl in Queensland has been published, as the state’s liquor licensing body reveals its involvement in the repercussions. The watchdog will look into the chaotic brawl that occurred late last Saturday night outside the Torquay Hotel on the Hervey Bay Esplanade in the Fraser Coast area.

During the frenzied battle, scooters and poles can be seen flying across the car park, forcing the pub owner to proclaim that the establishment will henceforth close at 11 p.m. on Saturdays. The police have published two CCTV photographs of men they want to question about the incident.

An inquiry into the pub’s compliance with the Liquor Act 1992 has commenced, according to a representative for the Office of Liquor and Gaming Liquor Act. The watchdog is unable to disclose “particular facts” on the case at this time due to “confidentiality responsibilities.”

Darren Carter, the publican, said he and his whole team had been educated in appropriate alcohol serving.
The heinous incident comes only one month after the second video of a guy being accosted by cops outside the same bar leaked online.

Hundreds of people can be seen watching the drama develop outside the Torquay Hotel in the footage, which was published on TikTok. Police have asked anybody with information or video of the current incident to contact them.
